I qualified as a Solicitor in 2010 and since then I have enjoyed a varied career in commercial law and practice. Having worked in private practice and in-house with Lloyds, Clydesdale and Tesco Bank, I understand the importance of really knowing who my clients are, what drives their businesses and what makes them tick. My clients can expect to have advice tailored for their particular circumstances and I always strive to deliver the type of service that works best for them.
Very much a people person, I like to use my hobbies and interests to help others and I’ve been involved with various charitable causes over the years. My love of theatre, music and dance led me to volunteer at Dalry Primary School where I coordinated an out of hours drama club and I have completed many charity runs and abseils to raise money for a list of good causes. I hope to continue with this work and always invite new challenges and ideas.
My focus is commercial property work, in particular leasing, acquisitions, disposals and development work, but I have experience in a broad range of commercial matters including banking, funds and consumer regulation. This wider experience helps me really understand each of my individual clients, regardless of how their business is structured, and see the bigger picture when dealing with their transactions.
